I have just stumbled upon on a new comparison site while I was looking for certain health products I want to research. Savebuckets.co.uk is a new comparison site that is based on UK market.
It’s actually a common comparison site with so many product categories range from laptop to sport equipment. But when I click more categories to find related products Savebuckets.co.uk also provides a good amount of health related products.
What I really like about this site is it speed. They are very fast on delivering results when a certain link is clicked. Their other advantage is their specific UK market. While it limits their audience but in the same time focusing on certain market area is very good.
If you come from United Kingdom I suggest you to visit Savebuckets.co.uk when you want to buy your health products or ,of course, other products. It always good to have a comparison guidance on any product prices we want to buy. It will help us to find the best deal on the products we want to buy. Happy shopping.

Several tips to lose weight:
1) Replacing regular drinks (pop, juice, etc.) with water. It will seem awkward in the beginning, but you eventually get used to it. You don’t need the sugar or the taste. You lose weight and you save money.
2) Cut your portions slowly. Don’t do it abruptly, otherwise your stomach will be screaming for more. Eventually, eating less will become the norm.
3) Make healthier food decisions. Cut out the trans fats, increase antioxidant-rich food. Lose the chips, crackers, snacks, and crap like that. Replace a half-bag of chips (or whatever your favourite junk food is) with a pear, apple, or equivalent.
4) Exercise once in a while. The more, the better. Jogging, boxing, swimming — all great activities. Walking gives you fresh air, but it doesn’t do much for weight loss.
5) Swap a glass of water with a frozen fruit smoothie. There are greater benefits to this than the taste. There are many more small tips that can be added here, but the point is, everyone should be taking care of themselves more than we usually do. Being energetic enough to read the labels for transfats will pay dividends later in life, and that’s only one example.
A Couple more tips,
1. Eat larger meals in the AM, smallest meal for dinner as it is more difficult to burn the heavy dinner calories while at rest….Obviously.
2. Eat an apple every day. This will boost metabolism as well as taking in the beneficial nutrients you receive from this wonderful fruit.
3. Boost metabolism with vitamin supplements like B complex, Lecithin and Grapefruit tabs.
4. Do not omit all fats, as your system will store the essential fats more rigorously should one deny them all together and at once.
5. I like to eat a high fiber breakfast while dieting to keep all the pipes rolling along. Use a small amount of real butter on wheat toast for your fat intake for the day.
6 As said a bunch of times, water, water, water.

Customer Review: Works well but…
I purchased the milk maker about a month ago primarily as a cost saver. My wife was drinking a lot of soy milk in place of cow’s milk for health reasons. The retail price of soy milk was about $4.00 a quart. The Soy Milk Maker cuts that cost to nearly zero because we get our soy beans free. The machine works relatively well although it dosn’t completly grind all the beans. The one time I tried making rice milk lead to a gooey, very sticky mess and very bad tasting, very watery milk. I’ll NEVER use this machine for that purpose ever again! Clean-up of the machine is clumbsy and akward but do-able. All-in-all it’s a good, well made machine that produces quality soy milk. Straining the milk through a cheese cloth significantly improves the flavor. In my opinion it comes down to a cost/benefit issue. If someone is willing to take the time and hastle of cleanning the milk maker then it’s a worthwhile purchase.
Customer Review: TERRIBLE for making rice milk
This machine is NOT suitable for rice milk…it tastes awful (basically just diluted rice water with chunks floating in it) and it is a COMPLETE AND TOTAL MESS to clean up. Customer service was nice, but when I returned the machine I was surprised to find I had to mail it back to Canada and it cost me $25 in shipping. Perhaps the machine would have been good for soy milk, but for rice milk I will stick to purchasing Rice Dream.
